MD Brass Spray

Article description:

Temperature resistant up to +80 °C
• High resistance to aggressive media
• Gives the surface a typical, almost gold-coloured shine
• The brass coating is weatherproof and oxidises naturally
• Once dried, the brass coating is highly resistant to abrasion and impacts

Areas of application:

Secure adhesion to all surfaces made of metal, plastic, wood, glass, and stone.

• For colour-matching restoration of yellow-chromated parts
• For harmonising soldered and damaged areas
• For coating or visually enhancing high-quality parts with a brass effect
  (surface metallisation)
• As a decorative aid in handicrafts

Application:

Use the can at a temperature of +5°C to +30°C. Optimum processing temperature 20°C. The surface to be treated must be dry and free of grease and dust. Shake the can thoroughly for at least 2 minutes before spraying for the first time so that the propellant and solvent mixture mixes completely with the paint and pigments. A well-shaken can can be recognized by the ball impact marks on the bottom of the can. Hold the can vertically when spraying and spray onto the surface at a distance of 20 to 30 cm in a “cross coat”. Clean spray heads after use and, if necessary, clear the spray channel with a needle so that it can be used later. Do not use the can “overhead” or clear the spray head by spraying “overhead”, otherwise too much propellant gas will be lost. For commercial use only. Carry out preliminary tests for effect and material compatibility.
