MD Copper Spray
Article description:
MD Copper Spray is weather-resistant and quick to dry.
Forms a durable and water-insoluble protective acrylic layer
• Surface sealing without additional treatment with clear lacquer
• Protects damaged areas
• 99 % pure copper particles
Areas of application:
The copper spray is used for restoring damaged surfaces and for coating, visually improving, and upgrading all metal surfaces in industry, the trades, and handicrafts, as well as for visually refining and levelling soldered and damaged areas, such as on copper pipes.
Application:
Use the can at a temperature of +5°C to +30°C. Optimum processing temperature 20°C. The surface to be treated must be dry and free of grease and dust. Shake the can thoroughly for at least 2 minutes before spraying for the first time so that the propellant and solvent mixture mixes completely with the paint and pigments. A well-shaken can can be recognized by the ball impact marks on the bottom of the can. Hold the can vertically when spraying and spray onto the surface at a distance of 20 to 30 cm in a “cross coat”. Clean spray heads after use and, if necessary, clear the spray channel with a needle so that it can be used later. Do not use the can “overhead” or clear the spray head by spraying “overhead”, otherwise too much propellant gas will be lost. For commercial use only. Carry out preliminary tests for effect and material compatibility.
